Gratinated Lasagna Rolls

These lasagna rolls filled with a creamy sauté of onion with garlic, spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, ricotta cheese, and Natural Del Fuerte® Tomato Purée, topped and baked with mozzarella cheese, are perfect for sharing with your family because they are delicious.

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 cups spinach, washed and disinfected (cut into strips)
  • 1 cup artichoke heart
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 1/4 cups ricotta cheese
  • 3/4 cups Del Fuerte® natural tomato purée, for filling and for topping
  • salt and pepper
  • 20 lasagna sheets, cooked
  • 1 cup cheese

  • Preheat the oven to 180° C.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat, add the oil and cook the onion and garlic. Add the spinach and cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Add the artichoke hearts and cream cheese, ricotta cheese, and Natural Del Fuerte® Tomato Purée, cook for 5 more minutes or until the cheese melts. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Fill the lasagna sheets with the previous mixture, place the rolls in a baking dish and cover with sauce and mozzarella cheese, gratin in the oven for 15 minutes. Serve with basil and enjoy.
