We like it so much that we gave it a twist and created this version of green dry noodle, it's a true delight!Did you know?   • 3 tomatillos
  • 1/4 cups cilantro
  • 1 serrano chile, seedless and veinless
  • 1/2 Jalapeño chiles, seedless and veinless
  • 1/4 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 package noodle #1
  • sour cream
  • queso fresco, grated
  • pork rinds, chopped
  • chorizo, fried

  • Blend the tomatillo, cilantro, serrano pepper, jalapeño pepper, onion, garlic, and chicken broth. Set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat, add the noodles, and brown for 5 minutes. Pour in the blended sauce, cover, and cook on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until the green dry noodles are cooked.
  • Serve the noodle on a plate and accompany with cream, cheese, pork crackling, and chorizo.
