400 grams pasta
1 cup cottage cheese
1 bunch spinach
1/4 onions
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon oil
1/4 cups almonds

Boil the necessary water to cook the pasta.
In a medium pot, sauté the onion in large pieces and the crushed garlic, then add the spinach to wilt a little.
Keep an eye on the water to add the pasta and follow the package instructions.
Blend the spinach mixture with the cheese and a little water in the blender.
Heat the spinach mixture and season (you can replace the salt with chicken broth powder). Garnish with almonds. Bon appétit!
