Green Pasta with Cottage Cheese

Delicious low-fat pasta with spinach and cottage cheese. A delightful combination and the perfect recipe to cook at home and give them something new to try. You would never imagine that this combination is low in fat.

  • 400 grams pasta
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1/4 cups almonds
  • salt

  • Boil the necessary water to cook the pasta.
  • In a medium pot, sauté the onion in large pieces and the crushed garlic, then add the spinach to wilt a little.
  • Keep an eye on the water to add the pasta and follow the package instructions.
  • Blend the spinach mixture with the cheese and a little water in the blender.
  • Heat the spinach mixture and season (you can replace the salt with chicken broth powder). Garnish with almonds. Bon appétit!
