Green Pasta with Magic Beans

Delicious pasta, ideal for sharing with the little ones at home; the pasta with spinach cream and soybeans makes a perfect and fun mix.

  • 250 grams spaghetti
  • 1 bunch spinach, cooked
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 1 cup beans, soybeans cooked
  • 20 grams goat cheese
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 piece onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • leaves parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoons chicken bullion
  • salt , to taste

  • In a saucepan, boil water along with a piece of onion, a clove of garlic, and half a teaspoon of chicken bouillon powder. Once boiling, add the pasta and let it cook for 12 minutes.
  • Blend the spinach with the cup of cream and half a cup of milk.
  • In a previously heated skillet, melt the tablespoon of butter and the olive oil, then add the drained spaghetti, the spinach cream, and the soybeans, sautéing all the ingredients until combined.
  • Serve and garnish with goat cheese and parsley.
