Green Spaghetti

An easy and delicious recipe! for green spaghetti. This time we will color the spaghetti with poblano chili, giving it a Mexican touch with great flavor.

  • 2 packages spaghetti
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 liter sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt
  • 2 Poblano chile
  • 500 grams Oaxaca cheese
  • 250 grams cream cheese
  • 2 onions

  • In a pot, heat water with one garlic clove, one onion, three pinches of salt, and a splash of oil to prevent the pasta from sticking.
  • Once the water is boiling, add the pasta and let it cook until al dente. Remove the pasta from the pot and place it in a strainer.
  • In the blender, add one garlic clove, one onion, 1 liter of cream, a quarter of cream cheese, and salt. Blend until all the ingredients are incorporated.
  • In a deep skillet, add a small piece of butter and pour in the blended mixture to season it (approx. 4 min). Add the pasta and mix to ensure everything is well combined.
  • Once the pasta is incorporated, add the shredded cheese previously prepared and let it simmer for one minute, and it's ready!
