Put all the ingredients except the flour in the food processor until a ball forms (maximum 1 minute). In three parts, add the flour until you have a smooth ball.
Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out onto 2 round trays with a little olive oil so it doesn't stick.
Add tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, basil leaves, and dehydrated tomato.
Bake in the oven until the dough and cheese start to brown, about 20 minutes.
