This dough is the most basic, it doesn't contain much fat, it's the PERFECT DOUGH FOR PIZZA! You can prepare it to your liking, Hawaiian, pepperoni, or cold cuts.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a wooden spoon until the dough is soft.
On a flat surface, sprinkle flour and start kneading for 8-10 minutes.
Grease a bowl with butter and let the dough rest inside, wet a cloth and wring it out, place it on the surface covering it and let it rest for 40 to 50 minutes until its volume is double the previous one.
After those minutes, check if it's ready; if so, start rolling out the dough until it is circular.
Grease the baking tray where you will place the pizza with butter and shape the edges. Use a fork to make holes in the dough.
