Creamy Chicken Pasta

  • 250 grams pasta, cut
  • water
  • salt
  • 1 boneless chicken breast, and skinless
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cups Manchego cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon dried fine herbs
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • parsley, for decoration

  • Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain, and set aside.
  • Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Grill with olive oil until fully cooked, cut into strips, and set aside.
  • In a deep skillet, melt the butter and add the pasta. Add the chicken, cream, cheese, and season with herbs, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes until all ingredients are combined and a thick sauce is formed.
  • Serve the pasta and garnish with parsley.
