Fettuccine al prosciutto

A very traditional Italian recipe, using products that are currently found in the supermarket. Fettuccine al prosciutto is a very rich, creamy pasta with the delicious flavor of prosciutto.

  • 200 grams fettuccine pasta

  • 1 cup prosciutto, sliced

  • Cook the pasta; in the saucepan, add water, oil, onion, bay leaf, and garlic.
  • Cut the peppers into julienne and the garlic, onion, and parsley.
  • In a skillet, add the oil and butter, then the onion and garlic; let sauté, then add the peppers, cream, prosciutto, and parsley.
  • Add the pasta and mix with everything
