500 grams fusilli pasta, From Luigi High Protein
3 bunches spinach
1/2 onions
2 cloves garlic
1/2 sticks unsalted butter
2 cups evaporated milk
1 tablespoon granulated chicken bouillon
Parmesan cheese
salt
pepper
Preparation

Chop the spinach and dice the onion and garlic.
Sauté the onion and garlic in butter.
Add the spinach and cook until softened.
Blend the spinach with the milk and broth.
Heat the spinach sauce and simmer, season with salt and pepper.
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, drain and mix with the cream.
Serve hot with Parmesan cheese.
