Fusilli with Spinach Cream

  • 3 bunches spinach
  • 1/2 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
  • 2 cups evaporated milk
  • 1 tablespoon granulated chicken bouillon
  • Parmesan cheese
  • salt
  • pepper

  • Chop the spinach and dice the onion and garlic.
  • Sauté the onion and garlic in butter.
  • Add the spinach and cook until softened.
  • Blend the spinach with the milk and broth.
  • Heat the spinach sauce and simmer, season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, drain and mix with the cream.
  • Serve hot with Parmesan cheese.
