Macaroni Ring

  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chicken broth
  • 2 eggs , lightly beaten
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/2 kilos spinach, clean and cooked
  • 2 packages elbow pasta, No. 2 The modern, cooked less than al dente and drained
  • 1/4 sticks unsalted butter , 25 g
  • breadcrumbs, as needed
  • 1/2 kilos requesón
  • 1 tablespoon nutmeg powder

  • Mix ricotta, nutmeg, pepper, salt, broth, eggs, and cream. Mix perfectly until all ingredients are well integrated.
  • Incorporate the spinach, previously drained and finely chopped, and the pasta, mixing everything carefully.
  • Pour into a previously greased ring mold with butter and covered with breadcrumbs.
  • Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes in a stove oven. (It should remain slightly moist)
