Macaroni with Bear's Slime and Mushrooms in French and Mexican Style

This is a recipe from my grandfather who never revealed the secret to me until I insisted, and when he died, he wrote me a letter where he told me the recipe and asked me to keep it for my grandchildren...

  • 1 package elbow pasta, La Moderna
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 75 milliliters table cream
  • 3 button mushrooms
  • salt , to taste
  • 1 tub Parmesan cheese
  • 200 grams Manchego cheese
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 sprig celery

  • Boil the La Moderna macaroni pasta in water for 5 minutes or a little longer.
  • While the pasta is boiling, blend a bit of half cream, celery, tomato, Manchego cheese, 2 mushrooms, and garlic.
  • Once the pasta is boiled, place it in a skillet and add the blended mixture.
  • Wait until it is cooked and serve, adding Parmesan cheese on top to taste.
