Macaroni with Reds

I present to you an exquisite recipe for my macaroni. The story behind this is one night when my wife and I were celebrating another one of our beautiful anniversaries. A few days before, my wife told me, Love, for this anniversary, you will take care of the food, and I will enjoy your surprise. That same night, I remembered that she had asked me to cook, and I had no idea how to surprise her, so I ran to the store where I found the famous pasta LA MODERNA, which saved my life and prevented a certain disappointment for my wife.   • 250 grams elbow pasta, La Moderna
  • 1 cup tomato purée
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 dash olive oil
  • 1 pinch oregano
  • table cream

  • We put a pot of water to heat with a little oil to prevent the pasta from sticking.
  • Once the water is hot, we add the macaroni and let it cook until it’s just right.
  • In the meantime, we add the crushed tomato, salt, and oregano, put it on medium heat, and let it cook.
  • Once the macaroni is cooked, we drain it.
  • We place them on a tray to cool.
  • We coat the macaroni with the sauce and decorate with the half cream.
