Noodles with Vegetables

Delicious noodles in vegetable cream, an easy recipe that won't take much time to prepare. Ideal for when you want to surprise your family with a new and tasty dish, without spending hours on it.

  • 1 tablespoon granulated chicken bouillon
  • 200 grams Noodle
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 leeks
  • 1 stem celery
  • 1 tablespoon wheat flour
  • 2 cups light cream
  • 1 cup carrot, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli

  • In a pan, melt the butter.
  • Sauté the chopped leek and celery on low heat for 3 minutes.
  • Add the flour until a smooth paste forms.
  • Pour in the milk, integrating all the ingredients and season with chicken broth.
  • Incorporate the sliced carrot and the broccoli cut into small florets.
  • Let it boil until it thickens.
  • Combine the sauce with the pasta.
