Clean and disinfect the spinach and cut it into pieces (set aside).
Clean the mushrooms and slice them.
Fry the noodles in a little oil until lightly golden.
Once the noodles are golden, add the liter of chicken broth and let it boil over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add the mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes.
Once the mushrooms and pasta are cooked, add the spinach and turn off the heat.
