Simple Noodle Soup

For this rainy season, a delicious and nutritious noodle soup.

  • 1/2 packages pasta , noodle #1 (200 g)
  • 1 liter chicken broth
  • 1/2 bunches spinach
  • 6 canned mushrooms , large

  • Clean and disinfect the spinach and cut it into pieces (set aside).
  • Clean the mushrooms and slice them.
  • Fry the noodles in a little oil until lightly golden.
  • Once the noodles are golden, add the liter of chicken broth and let it boil over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add the mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Once the mushrooms and pasta are cooked, add the spinach and turn off the heat.
