1 package fideo pasta, N° 0 La Moderna
2 tomatoes
1 clove garlic, medium
1 cube consommé
1/4 onions, girl
1 cup cream
1 cup cheese
3 tortillas
1 pasilla chile
chicken stock, or water
Preparation

Fry the noodle soup carefully so it doesn’t burn.
Blend the tomato, onion, and garlic with chicken broth or water, then add it to the noodles and let it cook until done.
Cut the tortillas and pasilla chili into thin strips, fry the tortillas, and then briefly fry the pasilla in the oil and remove it. Set aside.
In a bowl, serve the soup, add one and a half tablespoons of cream in the center, then add the fried tortilla strips, pasilla, and cheese.
