Tarascan Noodle Soup

Enjoy a delicious noodle soup with the flavor of Michoacán.

  • 1 package fideo pasta, N° 0 La Moderna
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic, medium
  • 1 cube consommé
  • 1/4 onions, girl
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup cheese
  • 3 tortillas
  • 1 pasilla chile
  • chicken stock, or water

  • Fry the noodle soup carefully so it doesn’t burn.
  • Blend the tomato, onion, and garlic with chicken broth or water, then add it to the noodles and let it cook until done.
  • Cut the tortillas and pasilla chili into thin strips, fry the tortillas, and then briefly fry the pasilla in the oil and remove it. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, serve the soup, add one and a half tablespoons of cream in the center, then add the fried tortilla strips, pasilla, and cheese.
