This recipe has been made for years by the family as they were not fond of spinach, but now we love it in this delicious spaghetti.

1 package spaghetti, La Moderna 200 g
200 milliliters cream
1 bunch spinach
2 cloves garlic
1 bell pepper , yellow chopped
1 bell pepper , red chopped
50 grams unsalted butter
1 carrot , grated

Boil the spaghetti with salt and a little oil.
Drain the pasta and heat a skillet with butter, then add the pasta along with the spinach blended with cream, salt, and garlic.
Incorporate the blended mixture into the pasta and mix until fully combined.
Serve the spaghetti and place the grated carrot around the pasta and the colored peppers on top.
