Vegetarian Spaghetti

This recipe has been made for years by the family as they were not fond of spinach, but now we love it in this delicious spaghetti.

  • 1 package spaghetti, La Moderna 200 g
  • 200 milliliters cream
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bell pepper , yellow chopped
  • 1 bell pepper , red chopped
  • 50 grams unsalted butter
  • 1 carrot , grated

  • Boil the spaghetti with salt and a little oil.
  • Drain the pasta and heat a skillet with butter, then add the pasta along with the spinach blended with cream, salt, and garlic.
  • Incorporate the blended mixture into the pasta and mix until fully combined.
  • Serve the spaghetti and place the grated carrot around the pasta and the colored peppers on top.
