Italian flavor

For those of us who work, this delicious recipe is quick to prepare and is loved by both kids and adults!

  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 package spaghetti
  • 1 package shrimp, pre-cooked
  • 1 jar olives
  • 1/2 jars capers
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 onions
  • 2 tomatillos
  • 2 yellow bell peppers
  • 1 small box tomato purée
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream, for cooking

  • Cook the pasta as indicated on the package. In a saucepan, mix cream, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper, then add the drained and ready pasta and set aside.
  • In a pan, heat the olive oil along with the butter to prevent the butter from burning and to give it a sweet touch.
  • Add the chopped garlic and onion, and let it release its aroma.
  • Add the tomato purée, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • Add the capers and olives, the latter with all the liquid so that it mixes with the tomato purée.
  • Once it has boiled for a few minutes and the smell of olives prevails, add the tomato and peppers.
  • Wait a few minutes and add the pre-cooked shrimp.
  • Wait about 8-10 minutes and turn off the heat.
  • Serve the pasta on a plate, place the shrimp on top, and drizzle with the sauce where you cooked them.
