Cook the onion and garlic in a preheated skillet with oil. Add the ground beef.
Finish cooking on low heat and adjust the seasoning.
Heat 2 liters of water in a large pot with two tablespoons of coarse salt, half an onion, and add the oil.
When the water boils, add the LA MODERNA lasagna sheets 5 at a time and let cook for 8 minutes or until they feel soft. Repeat the process until the entire package is cooked.
Using a slotted spoon and a fork, remove the sheets and run them under cold water from the tap, then place them on a napkin to absorb excess water.
Grease the glass baking dish with butter and cover with a layer of lasagna sheets, repeating this process: LA MODERNA pasta sauce, a layer of ground beef, diced ham, mushrooms, and the 7-cheese mixture.
Repeat this process until forming 4 layers. Finally, cover the lasagna with a layer of pasta and add the last cheese mixture, perfectly covering the sheet.
Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Bake the lasagna for 10 minutes or until the cheese is lightly golden.
Once the lasagna is ready, carefully remove it from the oven to avoid burning yourself. Cut it into 6 portions and serve hot.
