500 grams broccoli La Huerta
250 grams lasagna sheets
1/2 onions, chopped
1/2 cups cow's milk, 2%
3 cups sour cream
1 teaspoon granulated chicken bouillon
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
salt, to taste

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cook the lasagna pasta according to the package instructions.
Defrost the Broccoli “The Garden” in the microwave.
Cut the broccoli florets in half.
Heat a medium pot over medium heat with a little oil and sauté the onion.
Add the milk and mix, then gradually add the cream to avoid curdling.
Season with chicken broth, salt, and pepper, mix and cook for 4 minutes.
In a greased medium baking dish, place 3 strips of lasagna, add a layer of cream sauce and 1/3 of the broccoli. Repeat the layers two more times.
Mix the Mozzarella cheese with the Parmesan and sprinkle it over the last layer.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil to prevent dehydration and bake for 20 minutes.
If you want the cheese to gratin, remove the aluminum foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Let it rest for 5 minutes to serve more easily.
