Broccoli Lasagna “The Garden”

The Garden brings you this delicious broccoli lasagna recipe, prepare it for the whole family; your kids will love it as it is a complete and nutritious meal!

  • 500 grams broccoli La Huerta
  • 250 grams lasagna sheets
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk, 2%
  • 3 cups sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon granulated chicken bouillon
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Cook the lasagna pasta according to the package instructions.
  • Defrost the Broccoli “The Garden” in the microwave.
  • Cut the broccoli florets in half.
  • Heat a medium pot over medium heat with a little oil and sauté the onion.
  • Add the milk and mix, then gradually add the cream to avoid curdling.
  • Season with chicken broth, salt, and pepper, mix and cook for 4 minutes.
  • In a greased medium baking dish, place 3 strips of lasagna, add a layer of cream sauce and 1/3 of the broccoli. Repeat the layers two more times.
  • Mix the Mozzarella cheese with the Parmesan and sprinkle it over the last layer.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil to prevent dehydration and bake for 20 minutes.
  • If you want the cheese to gratin, remove the aluminum foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes to serve more easily.
