Chicken Lasagna, Artichoke and Parmesan Cheese Sauce

Prepare this delicious and elegant chicken lasagna with a creamy artichoke and parmesan cheese sauce. It is accompanied by serrano ham and melted gouda cheese. The best part is that you won't believe how easy it is to make it.

  • 1 can Extra Special® artichoke and cheese cream
  • 500 grams lasagna sheets, cooked
  • 2 cups chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cups Extra Special® serrano ham, chopped
  • 2 cups Extra Special® gouda cheese
  • basil, for garnish

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a medium saucepan, heat the Extra Special® Artichoke and Cheese Cream. Set aside.
  • In a greased baking dish, place the lasagna sheets, add some shredded chicken, the artichoke and parmesan cream, add the serrano ham, and the gouda cheese. Repeat until the entire dish is covered.
