Traditional meat lasagna with tomato puree but with a touch of chipotle! It's a delicious and enhanced recipe, as the mix of flavors is unique and you will always want another piece.
In a skillet, add the chopped onion with a pinch of salt, and sauté until the onion becomes transparent.
Add the ground beef and thyme, mix.
Add 150 grams of Hunt's ® Chipotle BBQ Sauce.
Mix and let cook for 15 minutes.
Blend the two red tomatoes, the 500 grams of Hunt's ® Chipotle BBQ Sauce, 1/4 of an onion, the garlic clove, and the tomato puree.
Pour the blender contents into a pot and let it heat for 10 minutes over high heat.
Grease the aluminum tray and flour it. Place a layer of sauce in the tray, two sheets of lasagna pasta, a layer of meat, a layer of manchego cheese, a layer of sauce, and cover with two more sheets of lasagna pasta.
Repeat until you have 4 layers of pasta, three of meat, and manchego cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes.
