Creamy Chicken Lasagna

  • 1 cup Mayofranks McCormick®
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • garlic salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cups carrot, in small cubes
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 3 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 1 package lasagna sheets, precooked
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cups parsley, finely chopped, for garnish

  • In a bowl, mix Mayofranks McCormick®, soy sauce, garlic salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  • Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and onion and cook until transparent. Add the mushrooms, carrot, and spinach, cook for 3 minutes, and remove from heat.
  • In a bowl, mix the chicken with the previous preparation and pour the Mayofranks McCormick® mixture.
  • In a previously greased baking dish, place the lasagna sheets. Add the chicken mixture, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese, and repeat the same procedure until the dish is full. Top with cheese.
  • Bake at 180 °C for 20 minutes.
  • Garnish with parsley, cut a piece of lasagna, and serve with salad.
