Portobello Lasagna with Bacon Alfredo Sauce

A delicious portobello lasagna worthy of sharing with all your loved ones! A true delicacy! It is accompanied by a delicious bacon alfredo sauce.

  • 2 cups Prego® alfredo sauce flavored with savory bacon
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 12 lasagna sheets
  • 6 portobello mushrooms
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 2 cups Manchego cheese, shredded

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Grease a baking dish with butter, pour in ½ cup of Prego Bacon Alfredo Sauce, alternate layers of pasta with sauce, mushrooms, chopped onion, and cheese.
  • Cover it with aluminum foil and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the cheese is melted and the pasta is cooked. Remove it from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • Cut into portions and serve.
