Shrimp Alfredo Lasagna Rolls

Eating pasta is one of life’s delights, but what would you say if we mix lasagna with a perfect Alfredo flavor? We prepared this original recipe for Shrimp Alfredo Lasagna Rolls with gratin mozzarella cheese. Although it may sound complicated, this easy recipe will be ready in no time, and best of all, you can prepare it in a baking dish.

  • 1/4 cups bacon, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 500 grams shrimp, clean and peeled
  • 1/4 cups butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 2 cups Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cups cream cheese, at room temperature, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cups parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chile flakes
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • water
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 15 lasagna sheets
  • Mozzarella cheese

  • Preheat the oven to 200° C
  • Heat a skillet over high heat, cook the bacon until crispy, add the garlic, the shrimp, and cook until they change color without cooking completely. Set the shrimp aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the butter with the garlic, cook until golden and release the flavor, add the heavy cream, the Parmesan cheese, and continue cooking until it melts. Season with salt and pepper. Set the sauce aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the shrimp, parsley, chili flakes, garlic powder, and season. Set aside.
  • Heat a pot over high heat with water and salt, when it reaches boiling point, cook the lasagna sheets until softened, drain, cool, and set aside.
  • Place a bit of shrimp on each lasagna sheet and roll it up. Place them in a baking dish, cover with Alfredo sauce, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, gratin in the oven for 10 minutes, serve with chopped parsley, and enjoy.
