1 kilo medium-sized shrimp, peeled and cooked in water for 5 minutes
1 liter tomato sauce
1 bunch fresh cilantro, just the leaves
250 milliliters thick cream
500 grams Chihuahua cheese, grated

In a baking dish, place a layer of Tía Rosa® Tortillinas®, bathe them with tomato sauce, cream, cheese, cilantro leaves, and shrimp. Continue layering this way, making sure to finish with Tía Rosa® Tortillinas®, tomato sauce, and cheese.
Preheat your oven to 180°C and bake your lasagna for 10 minutes and serve.
