  • 15 Tía Rosa® wheat flour tortillas
  • 1 kilo medium-sized shrimp, peeled and cooked in water for 5 minutes
  • 1 liter tomato sauce
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro, just the leaves
  • 250 milliliters thick cream
  • 500 grams Chihuahua cheese, grated

  • In a baking dish, place a layer of Tía Rosa® Tortillinas®, bathe them with tomato sauce, cream, cheese, cilantro leaves, and shrimp. Continue layering this way, making sure to finish with Tía Rosa® Tortillinas®, tomato sauce, and cheese.
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C and bake your lasagna for 10 minutes and serve.
