Luigi's Pasta with Garlic Shrimp

  • 500 grams raisins, of your choice
  • 20 shrimp
  • 2 guajillo chiles
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

  • Put water and pasta with a drizzle of olive oil in a pot.
  • Chop the guajillo chili (seedless and deveined), finely chop the garlic.
  • In a pan with oil, sauté the shrimp, season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the guajillo chiles and garlic to the pan.
  • Stir well, add olive oil for more flavor.
  • Mix the shrimp with the cooked pasta.
  • Serve the pasta with freshly sliced baguette.
