500 grams raisins, of your choice
20 shrimp
2 guajillo chiles
2 cloves garlic
olive oil
salt
pepper

Put water and pasta with a drizzle of olive oil in a pot.
Chop the guajillo chili (seedless and deveined), finely chop the garlic.
In a pan with oil, sauté the shrimp, season with salt and pepper.
Add the guajillo chiles and garlic to the pan.
Stir well, add olive oil for more flavor.
Mix the shrimp with the cooked pasta.
Serve the pasta with freshly sliced baguette.
