Macaroni and Cheese with Salad

  • Cook the macaroni in a bowl with water, oil, salt, and broth.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the cheeses with the milk and butter.
  • Grease a Pyrex dish with butter and add the cooked pasta without water.
  • Pour the cheese mixture over the pasta, stir a little, and bake for approximately 30 minutes.
  • For the salad: Chop the tomatoes, onion, and jalapeños, place them in a bowl, and prepare with olive oil, white vinegar, salt, pepper, Maggi sauce, and Worcestershire sauce to taste.
