  • 1 package La Moderna® farfalle pasta
  • 1 cup onion, in small cubes
  • 1 cup tomato, seedless and in small cubes
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/4 cups peanuts, natural
  • 1 Jalapeño chile, seedless
  • 1 cup cilantro, only the leaves
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 3/4 cups olive oil

  • Heat the water in a pot and add salt when it comes to a boil. Wait for it to bubble again. Add the packages of Farfalle La Moderna® and cook for 6 to 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the onion, tomato, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Add the cooked pasta and combine. Set aside.
  • Blend the peanuts, jalapeño pepper, cilantro, garlic, salt, pepper, and oil until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Serve the pasta with pico de gallo and accompany with the cilantro peanut pesto.
