We wash and clean the peppers. We cut them into strips. We clean the mushrooms with a brush (if necessary). Usually, these mushrooms come clean and it's always much better not to rinse them under the tap so they don't lose flavor. We cut them.
In a wok, we add a couple of tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. We add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil. We incorporate the peppers and mushrooms, and sauté.
In a separate pot, we boil the noodles in plenty of salted water; the time will depend on your taste or the manufacturer's instructions, usually Chinese noodles cook in just a few minutes.
