We put a pot of water on the heat until it boils, add salt, and then our long pasta until it's al dente. Drain and add olive oil, set aside.
Place a pan over high heat, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, in a blender add the can of tomatoes, the garlic, blend, and add to the preheated pan. Let it cook for about 10 minutes, then add the anchovies to the sauce, black olives, and capers. Let it cook for 15 minutes and turn off the sauce.
Finally, we pour the reserved pasta over the sauce and add the Parmesan cheese along with a drizzle of olive oil on top.
