This pasta is super easy to make and kids love it. It saves you quickly when unexpected guests arrive or when you simply don't have much time to cook, and you can easily adapt it with the ingredients you have in your fridge.
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions or as you normally do.
While your pasta is cooking, blend the cheeses, milk, cream, onion, garlic, and parsley for a few seconds until everything is combined.
In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.
Pour the blended sauce into the butter and stir constantly to prevent sticking. Keep it over medium heat until it starts to boil and thickens a little.
Once your pasta is cooked, remove it from the heat and drain it.
Pour the pasta into the sauce, stir carefully to coat the pasta completely, and heat for 5 more minutes over low heat so that the cheeses melt a little more.
Serve immediately.
