Pasta in White Wine

  • Cook the pasta of your choice until al dente.
  • Blend the evaporated milk, garlic, parsley, white wine, salt, and pepper.
  • In a saucepan, melt the butter and pour in the previously strained mixture.
  • Cook on low heat for 3 minutes and add the pasta.
  • Mix and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes.
