220 grams pasta
2 tablespoons butter
225 milliliters evaporated milk
1/2 bunches parsley
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cups white wine
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoons black pepper

Preparation

Cook the pasta of your choice until al dente.
Blend the evaporated milk, garlic, parsley, white wine, salt, and pepper.
In a saucepan, melt the butter and pour in the previously strained mixture.
Cook on low heat for 3 minutes and add the pasta.
Mix and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes.
