Pasta Kogel

European dish from my Russian grandmother's times, prepare this delicious Pasta Kogel and enjoy it with your whole family.

  • 250 milliliters sour cream
  • cottage cheese
  • 500 grams pasta
  • sugar
  • raisins
  • cinnamon
  • cereal Corn Flakes
  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • Cook the pasta, drain and dry.
  • Add the butter in a bowl and all the other ingredients except the corn flakes.
  • Add the eggs at the end.
  • Put everything in a pyrex and top with crushed corn flakes mixed with cinnamon.
