Luigi's Elbow Pasta Snack

Due to its excellent consistency, we can use our Luigi's pasta as a snack; kids love it.

  • 100 grams elbow pasta, Luigi's, cooked
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • garlic salt
  • salsas, snack
  • soy
  • lemons
  • chile piquín

  • Cook our elbow pasta in one liter of water for 10 minutes and drain well, removing excess water with paper towels.
  • In our fryer, add the oil.
  • We will start adding small portions to fry our elbow pasta.
  • Place on paper towels to remove excess grease.
  • This is where we sprinkle with lime and seasoning, garlic salt or bacon, or simply with chili powder.
  • Place on a plate with a bit of hot sauce and soy sauce.
