Pasta and Creamy Fish

This is a recipe that I find very easy and economical to make, plus it has a flavor that has left adults and children unable to stop eating it; it is a dish that works well for parties and can be prepared in very little time.

  • In a pot, heat the splash of oil and onion until transparent, then remove it and add to the blender.
  • In the same pot where the onion was placed, without washing it, add water and salt. Once steam is visible, introduce the pasta until it is fully cooked.
  • In the blender, along with the onion, add the cream and blend.
  • Once the pasta is cooked, remove a little of the cooking water without letting the pasta become too dry. Add the celery, seasonings, mushrooms, and cream, and mix over low heat to prevent sticking.
  • Place the fish on top of the pasta and cover with a little of the sauce, lid on, and before the fish is fully cooked, uncover the pot and pour some sauce over it again.
