1/2 kilos pasta
1/2 kilos ground beef
1/2 liters tomato purée
Parmesan cheese

Cook the pasta with bay leaves and salt.
In a skillet, place the ground meat with a little oil, and cook for a few minutes.
Add the tomato puree and when it starts to boil, add the thyme and let it simmer for a few minutes. Set aside.
On a plate, serve the pasta and add the meat with plenty of sauce. Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese and garnish with basil leaves.
