Simple Bolognese Pasta

A classic and simple pasta recipe. A complete and delicious dish that combines ground meat with tomato sauce and pasta. The best ingredients together in the same recipe. A delight.

  • 1/2 kilos pasta
  • 1/2 kilos ground beef
  • 1/2 liters tomato purée
  • Parmesan cheese
  • bay
  • thyme
  • basil

  • Cook the pasta with bay leaves and salt.
  • In a skillet, place the ground meat with a little oil, and cook for a few minutes.
  • Add the tomato puree and when it starts to boil, add the thyme and let it simmer for a few minutes. Set aside.
  • On a plate, serve the pasta and add the meat with plenty of sauce. Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese and garnish with basil leaves.
