  • 1 bag Pasta La Moderna® rotini Day of the Dead edition
  • 5 liters water, for cooking the pasta
  • salt , for cooking the pasta
  • 1/2 cups maple syrup , for the dressing
  • 1/3 cups balsamic vinegar, for the dressing
  • 1 cup olive oil , for the dressing
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, for the dressing
  • salt and pepper , for the dressing

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 3/4 cups sweet potato, cooked and diced, for the salad
  • 3/4 cups gala apple, sliced, for the salad
  • 1 cup nut , for the salad
  • 1/2 cups cranberries, for the salad
  • 1/2 cups pomegranate , for the salad
  • 1/4 cups pumpkin seeds, for the salad
  • 2 cups spinach, for the salad

Low
  • Heat the water in a pot over medium heat and season with salt once it boils. Add La Moderna® rotini pasta Day of the Dead edition and cook for 9 minutes or until the pasta is al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • For the dressing: mix the maple honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, mustard, salt, and pepper. Divide the preparation into 2 equal portions and set aside.
  • Brush the chicken with a portion of the dressing and grill on a hot grill for 10 minutes; don't forget to brush constantly. Let it rest for 2 minutes, slice, and set aside.
  • Combine the pasta, baby spinach, sweet potato, apple, walnuts, cranberries, pomegranate, pumpkin seeds, and chicken breast in a salad bowl.
  • Serve the pasta with autumn salad and accompany it with maple honey dressing.
