  • 1 package spaghetti, 250 g
  • 4 Poblano chiles, roasted, peeled and pitted
  • 2 cloves garlic, large, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1 cauliflower , small, precooked in wedges
  • 1 can table cream
  • salt , to taste

  • In a skillet, add oil and fry onion, garlic, and the chili in strips.
  • Once this sofrito is added to the blender and blended with the cream.
  • In a lightly greased baking dish, the drained pasta and cauliflower are added and mixed with the cream prepared earlier.
