1 package spaghetti, 250 g
4 Poblano chiles, roasted, peeled and pitted
2 cloves garlic, large, peeled and chopped
1/2 onions, sliced
1/4 cups olive oil
1 cauliflower , small, precooked in wedges
1 can table cream
salt , to taste

In a skillet, add oil and fry onion, garlic, and the chili in strips.
Once this sofrito is added to the blender and blended with the cream.
In a lightly greased baking dish, the drained pasta and cauliflower are added and mixed with the cream prepared earlier.
Add salt to taste and microwave for 2 to 3 minutes.
