Pasta with Chicken and Mushrooms

  • 200 grams whole wheat penne pasta
  • 150 grams chicken breast
  • 1 cup button mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 cups white wine
  • 4 tablespoons salt
  • 100 milliliters olive oil
  • 50 grams paprika

  • In a pot with water and salt, boil the pasta until al dente.
  • In a pan with a little oil, grill the chicken; once cooked, remove it and in the same pan sauté the sliced onion, add sliced mushrooms and white wine, let the wine evaporate a bit.
  • Add the chicken breast to the pan with the mixture, then add the milk and paprika.
  • Serve the pasta with a bit of the preparation.
