In a pot with water and salt, boil the pasta until al dente.
In a pan with a little oil, grill the chicken; once cooked, remove it and in the same pan sauté the sliced onion, add sliced mushrooms and white wine, let the wine evaporate a bit.
Add the chicken breast to the pan with the mixture, then add the milk and paprika.
Serve the pasta with a bit of the preparation.
