An easy, quick, and very tasty recipe, I invite you to prepare this pasta with chicken in bell pepper sauce; it is a traditional recipe in my home and a favorite.
Place the pasta in a pot with water, a tablespoon of butter, a piece of onion, and a handful of salt.
Put the bell peppers over the fire, and once they are charred, place them in a plastic bag to sweat.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper and fry it in a pan with a little oil or butter.
Once the bell peppers have sweated, wash them to remove the burnt skin and deseed them; place them along with the cream and blend.
Once this is done, sauté in a pan and add the powdered consommé to taste.
Serve the pasta and chicken, drenching them with the bell pepper cream.
