penne pasta
1/2 onions, diced
3 tomatillos, diced
salt , to taste
1 chorizo, turkey or pork
olive oil , as needed
cherry tomatoes , for garnish

Cook the pasta in salted water.
While the pasta is cooking, add oil and onions to a pan to soften.
Add the chorizo to fry along with the softened onion.
Add the diced tomato to the chorizo with onion, lower the heat, and let it cook for a short time while draining the pasta.
Drain the pasta after approximately 15 minutes of cooking, place it on a plate, add olive oil to taste, and the chorizo sauce.
