Pasta with Mushrooms

  • 400 grams pasta
  • 7 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 can button mushrooms, in pieces
  • 1 tablespoon garlic pieces Mccormick®
  • 1 cube chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon coarse salt
  • 2 1/2 liters water
  • 100 milliliters sour cream
  • Parmesan cheese powder

  • Put a pot on the stove with two and a half liters of water, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, garlic powder, the teaspoon of coarse salt, and the seasoning cube. Let it boil.
  • Add the pasta and cook for the time indicated on the package.
  • Drain the pasta and set aside in a baking dish.
  • Drain the can of mushrooms, and pour it over the pasta along with the remaining olive oil, butter, sour cream, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything with a large fork, being careful not to break the pasta.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
