Pasta with Pork in Chipotle Sauce

Many people serve pasta as a side dish to stewed meat; in this case, it will be added to the pasta to give it a more casual touch. This recipe makes use of leftover cooked meat from a previous occasion.

1 package penne pasta
1 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cups chipotle chilli sauce
olive oil, as needed
salt, as necessary
1/2 kilos pork, cooked and shredded

Cook the pasta with a little salt.
In the microwave, place the meat in a large container with the tomato and chipotle sauce, heat it for 2 minutes, then take it out and mix it well.
After 15 minutes of cooking the pasta, drain it and place it on a serving platter.
Add the meat in the center of the pasta as if it were a ring.
Add olive oil to the pasta and freshly ground pepper.
