Pasta with Sausage and Broccoli

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 sausages, sliced
  • 1 package Elbow no. 4 La Moderna®, 200 g
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups broccoli, only the florets
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • parsley, only the leaves, for garnish

  • Heat the butter in a pot and cook the garlic and sausage for 2 minutes.
  • Add Elbow Pasta No. 4 La Moderna®, salt, pepper, broccoli, and water, bring to a boil and cook over medium heat for 7 minutes. Stir carefully to prevent sticking.
  • Add the cream and parmesan cheese. Stir until everything is combined.
  • Serve in a bowl and garnish with parmesan shavings.
