Pasta with Tuna, Olives, and Pumpkin

  • 200 grams fusilli pasta
  • 1/2 onions, cut into small cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 can canned tuna
  • 1/2 cups black olives
  • 2 zucchinis, cut into pieces
  • salt

  • Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water.
  • Steam the pumpkin until slightly tender.
  • In a pan, add a little oil, sauté the onion, then add the pumpkin, olives, and finally the tuna just until sealed. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the previously cooked pasta and sauté as little as possible.
