Pasta with tuna sauce is super simple; kids love it since the fish smell is not overwhelming, and they also like it because it's with pasta!! Try it because this recipe is delicious!!
First, I finely chop the onions, bell pepper, and garlic, and grate the carrots.
Then I put a pan on the heat with a splash of oil and sauté the onions, carrots, garlic, and bell pepper, allowing them to sweat a little and cook for 3 minutes.
I place the tomato puree and add a splash of water to lighten the sauce.
I wait for it to boil so it cooks well for 10 minutes.
I put a pot to heat with water, a splash of oil, and salt.
When it boils, I add the pasta, and after it boils for 7 to 8 minutes, I drain it and place it in a dish.
To the previous sauce, I add the canned tuna and wait 2 minutes for everything to integrate. Then I turn off the heat.
I place it on top of the pasta and enjoy!!!
