  • 1 bag elbow pasta
  • 2 carrots, peeled, cut, and cooked
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cups Manchego cheese

  • Blend the carrot, cream, and chicken broth. Set aside.
  • Melt the butter in a pot over heat, add the sauce and cook for 5 minutes, then add the manchego cheese, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 more minutes and set aside.
