Healthy Spinach Penne

In search of eating without feeling any guilt, I decided to combine my favorite pasta with something healthy for my daughters, and this delicious recipe was born. Pasta with a rich creamy spinach sauce. The perfect dish to treat them.

200 grams penne pasta, whole wheat La Moderna
1 1/2 cups spinach, washed and disinfected
1 cup light milk
1/2 cups low-fat cream
1/2 cups fresh cilantro, washed and disinfected
1 clove garlic
1/4 onions, chopped
pepper
100 grams Manchego cheese
Preparation

Low
Preheat the oven to 180° C for 10 minutes. Boil water with salt and olive oil.
Add the pasta and let it cook for 10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water and set aside.
Blend the spinach, milk, cream, cilantro, garlic, and onion.
Season with salt and pepper in a skillet over low heat for just 5 minutes.
Place the soup in a baking dish and cover with the sauce.
Add the cheese for gratin and bake for 15 minutes at 180° C.
