1 kilo penne pasta
2 cups whipping cream
4 tablespoons butter
1 bunch fresh cilantro
1 cup Parmesan cheese
4 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons ground pepper
3 liters water
2 guajillo chiles, finely chopped and fried

Cook the pasta in water, once it is al dente, remove the pot from the heat, drain the pasta, and place it in cold water.
Melt the butter, add the cream and chopped cilantro. Cook for 20 minutes on very low heat. Season the preparation with salt and pepper.
Incorporate the pasta into the sauce, finish cooking, and serve.
