  • 1 kilo penne pasta
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 4 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground pepper
  • 3 liters water
  • 2 guajillo chiles, finely chopped and fried

  • Cook the pasta in water, once it is al dente, remove the pot from the heat, drain the pasta, and place it in cold water.
  • Melt the butter, add the cream and chopped cilantro. Cook for 20 minutes on very low heat. Season the preparation with salt and pepper.
  • Incorporate the pasta into the sauce, finish cooking, and serve.
